Cherry Chiffon Salad

This is one of those foods many of y'all may have eaten growing up. Most potlucks seem to have some sort of sweet salad - and this always seems to make an appearance - along with Pistachio Salad! I'm not really a fan of pink, but the color of this salad is just so pretty! People definitely notice it! I never was really sure if these kinds of "salads" were supposed to be eaten on the side or as a dessert .... I've seen it both ways! Either way, it is cool and refreshing, sweet and soooo good! I hope you'll give it a try!

Cherry Chiffon Salad
Printable recipe
Yield: 8-10 servings

1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

In a bowl, combine the pie filling , pineapple, milk and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.
