We tend to keep our Easter dinner on the simple side. We usually have Ham with a few sides, rolls and dessert! We are having 2 Easter dinners this year .... one with just us and another with our extended family! We had one last weekend and we will be having our other on Easter Day. For our first Easter dinner, I picked up a Ham, Mac and Cheese, Au Gratin Potatoes and some rolls from my local HoneyBaked Ham. I had peas in the freezer and I made a no-bake cheesecake for dessert! I think our second Easter dinner will be very similar - but we may try the Turkey Breast this time!
One of my favorite things (besides how easy it is to make Easter dinner), is how easy it was to clean up! The sides come in their own microwave or oven-safe container! The ham doesn't even have to be heated since it's already fully cooked (we prefer ours warmed though!) Seriously, I should do this for every holiday! :)
