Hi all! Emily here again with a tasty Greek pizza recipe. It's easy too, so you can enjoy more time with your family. We've been on a wonderful summer tour of WI and IA with our family. The weather has been amazing and we've been enjoying our time away from Hong Kong {it's been HOT there!} A few weeks ago we had a family pizza night where all the "kids" in my family {all adults now} make up a pizza... there are four of us so we always get a great variety!
You will need:
Pre-Made Pizza Thin Crust
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
1 small can sliced black olives
1 small red onion sliced thin
1 small yellow pepper sliced thin
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 TBS mined garlic
1-2 cups Mozz cheese {as you like}
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Spread the sauce on the crust and then add the Mozz cheese. I like to put the toppings ON TOP of the cheese so they get roasted in the oven. Place all toppings evenly around the pizza, add feta and parm last. Sprinkle with the minced garlic. Place in pre-heated oven {according to pizza crust temp} and cook for 10 {ish} min. The crust should be crispy and the cheese melted...
Now, cool and enjoy! YUM, we ate it all up.
Here's a great shot of all our pizza's laid out on the counter. Sometime in the near future I'll be sharing the recipes for the other pizza's here on my blog.. stay tuned!
