It's been warm here in Phoenix. I don't know about you, but there are days when I just don't feel like cooking - especially when it's hot. Take-out or delivery is not an option for us, so we have to keep things that are easy to prepare for when those days hit that I don't want to cook! Sandwiches are one of our go-to meals when that mood strikes - and these Ham, Swiss and Pineapple Sandwiches couldn't be easier!
