Peppermint Meringues

These Peppermint Meringues are perfect for gift giving or on a cookie tray! They are super budget-friendly and they're so easy to make! Of course, they're not like your typical cookies either! My oldest son calls them "light as air cookies" .... because they're light and airy! ;) 

Christmas is less than a week away y'all! I don't know about you, but things get crazy hectic around here in the days leading up to Christmas .... I need easy recipes like these Peppermint meringues - you can make them and "forget about them" for awhile!
